Completely, WIP, still a lot to do on this one. Right now there's no X-Men motifs, it's just all Game of Thrones - I'll probably add Wanda's head-dress.

For the next couple of weeks I'm going to try the following project: to re-envision the X-Men as Game of Thrones Characters. Hopefully it will turn out well, but either way I'm sure it will be fun!

Okay, it's been awhile since I posted, but that's mostly because I felt like I was rushing to put up sketches, or half-finished work. I was never taking a painting to full completion, and I swore I was going to work on my drawing and painting skills until I was a little more satisfied with my work. I feel like I am definitely getting there. I'm working on stuff for my portfolio now, and also doing some character portraits for my D&D group. This one is a druid with his pet velociraptor. Enjoy. I intend to post a lot more of these up in the near future.

Starting today I'm going to try doing more radical redesigns of the characters I'm choosing. While the classic costumes were fun, it was my intent all along to eventually start doing this.

Today's offering is Dazzler as a 1940's Noir lounge singer.

One year ago today I began my Marvel One-A-Days. Sadly I took quite a few months off there, so I'm not even close to a years worth of drawings,BUT here is hoping I am back on track for good.

Last year I did Captain America for the 4th. This year I'll do a variation of his costume - the USAgent.
